We loved the cozy atmosphere and especially the party event with the Grinch, the kids had a blast! The staff was friendly throughout.

Property was well-maintained and excellent value, we liked this place.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, close to the centre of Belfast with easy access to a little shop and shops.

It was stylish and exceptionally clean hotel, exactly as described, with attentive staff and prime location next door was partying from midnight until I went for breakfast at 8am. Very very good stay, as always.

The venue has favourable and unbeatable location ate in the brasseries. It's really close to Balmoral as a potential wedding venue, restaurant and breakfast and good motorway access. The breakfast is very good for all tastes, has outstanding food.

The wedding package offered a fine decor. Everything from the food to the coordination was done with a personal touch.

Rooms are limited, especially those near the event hall, which can get awfully loud during concerts and events-expect bass reverberating until 1 AM. Breakfast options were lacking and the overall quality left much to be desired. For instance, the fruit juices were just cordial and omelettes weren't excellent. The lack of basic items like toilet roll and proper shower controls were frustrating. While the venue is well-suited for events, those looking for a tranquil stay on weekends may find their experience less than ideal.

The room had a tv, a kettle, a seating area, and a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and great coffee. The staff were super attentive throughout the stay. There were also fantastic spa facilities available.

I gotta say, the staff were amazing! They were so friendly! And the breakfast? You wouldn't believe the spread they had! Perfectly cooked and served up by the nicest lady, she really made my morning 🤩
